When you reserve a number, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and location (United States or Puerto Rico). We also record the numbers you reserve and the status of your order.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to process reservations and payments, to contact you about your entries, to notify winners, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data storage & security

Your data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorized administrators. We apply industry-standard safeguards, including row-level security on our database, to protect participant records.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (such as payment processors) and when required by law. Winner names may be published for transparency unless you opt out.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
